67 CAR form revisions…what?!

Each year CAR and the legal team revise the CAR forms library and make revisions based on feedback, encounters throughout the industry, and litigation. This month CAR has reviewed the library and made revisions to 67 forms (some revisions and some new forms) With the NAR settlement we all were made aware about the changes to buyer agreements but as it turns out 21 of those forms are as a result of the NAR settlement.

Capitol TC is getting educated on these new forms & existing form revisions to uphold our committment to compliance and so our agents can rest assured that their transactions are complete and correct. Agents should be aware and have working knowledge of the changes but leave the deep diving to us.
